　　中新网白城1月6日电 (张瑶 油志扬刘蓝天)“逃亡生活终于结束了，再也不用提心吊胆了……”当民警出现在犯罪嫌疑人冯某面前时，冯某喃喃自语。日前，沈阳铁路公安局白城公安处成功抓获潜逃28年的命案网上在逃人员冯某。

　　1994年8月29日，冯某因琐事与被害人韩某发生口角，用匕首刺中韩某胸部，韩某在送往医院途中死亡。案发后，冯某为了躲避公安机关的抓捕开始了逃亡生活。

　　鉴于当时侦查条件、技术力量等多方面限制，冯某潜逃后便销声匿迹，案件一度陷入僵局。

　　二十余年来，白城铁警几代刑侦人全力以赴、历经曲折，从未放弃过追凶缉逃工作。

　　2021年9月，白城铁路公安处决定由侦查经验丰富的4名民警组成案件攻坚小组，对该案件进行挂牌攻坚。一年多来，民警足迹遍布黑、吉、辽、冀4省8市，梳理信息20万条。

　　民警在黑龙江省鸡西市调查时发现，一个名叫李某的女子与冯某特征高度相似。但在走访当地多个部门调阅上千份资料后，民警发现鸡西市并没有嫌疑人的生活轨迹。

　　通过对李某的家庭成员和社会关系进行梳理，李某在河北省秦皇岛市的好友郭某率先进入警方视野，民警随即赶赴秦皇岛。在详细了解李某的基本情况和活动轨迹，结合郭某回忆与李某聊天时的细节、生活经历，以及对案发时照片的辨认，民警最终证实李某就是在逃人员冯某。

　　最终，民警在辽宁省鞍山市将冯某抓获。经审查，犯罪嫌疑人冯某对其犯罪事实供认不讳，案件正在进一步办理中。(完)
